Project inquiries

The contact form submits your name, email address, organization, business needs and any relevant company or trip details to Gaskin’s private website inbox. Required consent records your agreement to this use. The site owner can review, respond to and delete the inquiry.

We use this information to understand your request, discuss potential work and respond. A reference number confirms successful storage. You can also use the direct email link; messages you send through your email app become part of our correspondence. Avoid sending sensitive information before an appropriate transfer process is agreed.

Proposal requests and document uploads

The separate request form submits your contact details, organization, industry, support area, scope, deadline and accepted PDF attachments to a private website database and file store. The Gaskin site owner can review the requests, download their documents, update review status and delete records. Files are not published or available through a public download link.

We use the information to understand and respond to your request, discuss potential work and maintain the relevant correspondence. A submission does not create an engagement or a marketing subscription. The website displays a reference after successful storage. An email outbox records owner notifications and visitor confirmations. When the sending service is configured, Resend processes the recipient address, reply address, reference and receipt text. Full inquiry details and uploaded documents are not included in automated emails. An email-service failure does not remove a saved request.

Use a redacted brief. Do not upload passwords, payment details, tax identifiers, protected health information, privileged documents or confidential source materials. Files are checked for format and size, but are not malware-scanned. Requests and documents remain in the private inbox until removed by the owner; contact us to request correction or deletion. After deletion, non-content replay-prevention identifiers and empty file markers remain so delayed retries cannot recreate deleted uploads.

The inquiry and upload forms use a short-lived, essential session cookie and signed form token to protect the submission. It expires after two hours, is not a marketing cookie and is not used to track browsing. Keyed hashes of network and email addresses are used for temporary abuse-rate limits; raw network addresses are not stored in the intake database. Email status records remain with the request until removed by the owner. Accepted emails may remain with the email provider and recipients under their own retention settings. Owner access uses the hosting service’s sign-in process.

Website technology

This website does not add marketing trackers, advertising cookies or newsletter subscriptions. The hosting service may process technical access information and authentication data as part of delivering the site and managing access.

The search index contains public site descriptions. Form values are not saved in browser storage or placed into a website URL. Inquiry details are transferred to the private inbox only when you submit the form.

Businesses and project descriptions

Businesses and projects are described at their development stage. Placement within an industry group describes portfolio organization and does not by itself establish legal ownership, a completed transaction or a commissioned client engagement.

Regional and general practice photographs are identified by their captions. They do not establish ownership of a pictured property, a client relationship or employment of a pictured person. Photography sources and licenses appear on the credits page.

External websites

Links to AP Coffee and Audit Newport News lead to separate websites. Those services manage their own content and visitor information. Audit Newport News maintains its own editorial processes and channels for news tips and source communications.
